Usually I'm very happy, but yesterday I got the 30,000-mile maintenance package down and when I picked up my car it was washed but not dried and spots so hard on side mirrors, I couldn't see out the mirror. Also, my old oil change sticker was still on windshield, and they never attempted to remove it or even put the new one on to show when next mileage needed, as that is what i usually hit before the 20% life alert. Not like them to do this, but for paying over 500.00 I expected this to not happen.
The service is great the guys are courteous and the waiting time has gotten a little bit better and it’s nice they wash your car too.❤️
Jack Phelan is the best Chevy dealer in all of Chicagoland. Jason and the other service department manager are professional, efficient and take care of you from start to finish. Service times for waiting and completed service is very reasonable and prices are good Thanks for making a difference
