My Service Advisor Sam went above and beyond, I came in because my A/C in my truck had a freon leak, that was handled quickly as they were able to get it done right away, but Sam saw that I had my briefcase with me and I asked if there was somewhere comfortable to wait, he in formed me of the business center, I got a ton of work done while waiting. Also I had been hearing a small high pitch noise while the truck was running, he made sure yo get with the technician so they could figure it out, turns out was just a small clip on the exhaust, I would have never figured this out, and Honestly that noise was driving me crazy!!! No More Noise and my A/C is Ice cold, Everyone was so nice e and Accommodating, I Wish I had more Work fir them to do, and that's not something I thought I'd ever Say, Thank You for Everything

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in a dealership. Nobody tried to change my mind on what I knew I wanted. Andy made the whole experience smooth and made us feel very welcomed like we have known him for years! Chasity in the finance office had prepped everything out for us even staying after to ensure we left with our vehicle. At the end before we left she even gave us take home gifts. I had my niece with us and she was so happy with what she received she had asked to go back the next day. Definitely will and already have recommended these two people to a few I know shopping for cars.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was nervous trying to purchase my first car from a dealership. John had the car ready for me to test drive by the time I got there and was so kind. Mike, in finance, helped cut my interest rate in HALF compared to other quotes I was getting. Walked out with the car I wanted, all warranties and what not included, under what I was budgeting for. Will make sure I come back when it’s time to buy for my kids or upgrade in the future!

Kaedin Voegtle for being a new salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and didn't high pressure sale us which was a big plus. He made our decision of purchasing our 2025 Pathfinder a lot easier. We asked a few questions he wasn't sure of the answers but asked his manager and came back with quick responses. All the Jack Schmitt team was top notch.

Great customer service! I was greeted in a sincerely friendly manner and it was a wonderful car buying experience. Rebecca listened to what I was interested in looking at with no pressure.
