Very Disappointed with Post-Sale Support – Beware of Warranty Refunds I’m extremely disappointed with how I’ve been treated by Jackie Cooper Auto in Edmond, OK. We purchased a vehicle from them a couple of years ago and sold it in July 2025. That’s when the issues started. When I contacted Jackie Cooper to request refunds for the extended warranties I had purchased, suddenly no one seemed to know how to handle it. I spent months of my workweek calling and emailing for updates. Eventually, after a lot of follow-up, I received a partial refund for one small warranty. As for the GAP insurance, despite clearly requesting that the refund not be sent to the lender (since my account was already closed), they did just that — adding more confusion and delays. I’m still chasing down that refund with no resolution in sight. The major warranty refund was even worse. After stalling for weeks, the General Manager finally got involved, only to tell me that because there had been one small claim on the warranty, I was entitled to zero refund — even though the coverage still had over a year left and was well under mileage limits. After several unproductive calls, the GM acknowledged the situation was poorly handled and said he’d consider a compensation of some kind. Of course, that turned out to be just a way to get off the phone — I never heard back. Bottom line: If you plan to sell your car and expect to get a refund for your extended warranties — seek legal advice first. Save yourself the time and frustration. I would not recommend buying from Jackie Cooper Auto Edmond based on how they treat customers after the sale. Their lack of transparency and accountability has been incredibly disappointing.

I wish I could give 0 Stars. While purchasing a new Mini, the documentation lady was so pushy about the extended warranty. She was rude and getting upset every time I told her I did not want the extended warranty. Finally I got tired of telling her "no", and thought it would be easier to just cancel the warranty later and get my money back. After I got home, I reached out to cancel the extended warranty. The same lady took my information, then HUNG UP on me! Wow! What customer service. I was emailed saying that I would get a refund in 5-7 weeks. After 7 weeks I emailed back saying I never received my refund. Almost immediately I received an email saying my refund was now initiated.....Great, does this mean I have to wait another 5-7 weeks before I get my refund? Does this mean it won't be prorated for that original 5-7 weeks? I emailed someone for an update. He just keeps saying he doesn't have an update. It's been almost 4 months since I asked for my refund. Please give me my money back! Think twice before coming here if you want decent customer service.

Jackie was excellent with us! Becky was great. Joel was awesome and Mini Genius Zach was very helpful . I've never experienced such top level service with a dealership before. Above and beyond. Then to show up to get some extra help and have Zach teach me a lot about my car after they fully detailed my car. They're just awesome. They even detailed right after I bought it and filled it up with a tank of gas all to take home. They have been there constantly to help me out through calls and texts. I knew I wanted a Mini but wasn't til I finally test drove and owned one that I realize how much I've needed this in my life. How unique they are, down to every little detail. It stands out just like my personality. I Love my Mini and this dealership. Will be back later to get a second one for my daughter when the time comes. Amazing customer service!!! Love going to Jackie Cooper MINI for service. Got my oil changed and washed under my maintenance plan, no out of pocket. Love this car and love JCM!
