Will never deal with this private seller again, dealerships should have better records and at least 1 mechanic on site when selling used cars.. payed for 1 car 3000 and a week later the transmission went out then I took it back and what I thought was in good faith they gave me another car, with even more issues and added another 1600 on to my bill... after that found out it had no working headlights or a horn which is illegal..but nothing to be done because they were "helping me out" ...

I would NOT recomend buying from this establishment. My daughter was in the need of a new vehicle so we stopped in on a Friday afternoon and looked at several vehicles she was interested in. We ended up test driving 3 vehicles.  All the vehicles we test drove had mechanical issues (they had to be aware of them if in fact they were checked out), some more severe than others. Of the vehicles we drove there was one she liked. Most of the mechanical issues were things I thought i could take care of,  but there were several safety issue's we asked them if they would look at and they said they would. We negotiated a price and said we would take it.  They said their mechanic was off until Monday but he would look at it first thing after the weekend and let us know what they find. We gave them our information and went home excited about my daughters new vehicle. So Monday comes around, no call. Finally Tuesday afternoon after not hearing anything I called to check on the status. The guy on the phone tells me it was sold on sunday, to a family member. WHAT!!!  How can that be. We were all set to come home with it.  They said they meant to call us on Monday but forgot.  How sketchy is that! I definitely would not recommend dealing with this company!! Do your homework before buying anything from Jack's Auto sales in Mtn Home.
