I had a good overall experience and I am happy with my vehicle. Thomas was my sales guy. He was very attentive and sent me a video of the vehicle. I had never bought a vehicle without seeing it in person. I was very nervous but they made the experience a good one. They went over the Carfax and talked about the details of the vehicle. It was delivered the same day I signed the purchase agreement. The delivery drivers were also very friendly. I recommend the dealership.

Previously I wrote a scathing review. I let my frustrations override my feelings. I have dealt with Chad Pearson every time I use the service department. I had to have a turbo replaced on my daughter’s GLA 250. After picking it up, the engine light came on and the car was running really bad. This was on a Friday. I called to speak with Chad and he was unavailable. I was told they did not do diagnostic on Saturday and I’d have to bring the car back the following week. If you don’t know a turbo replacement is a very expensive repair. To add salt to my wound I live an hour away. So this news really set me on fire. I wrote a review out of anger. Chad reached out to discuss my concerns. After talking with Chad he had a loaner car delivered to my house. Had my car driven back to do a diagnostic. They found the issue and repaired it at ZERO cost to me. Chad had tge car delivered back to me and the loaner car was driven back to the dealership. That’s what I call customer service. The honesty and integrity shown by Chad changed my attitude. I can admit and own my mistakes. The last review was a big mistake and I have a lot of egg on my face! Thank you Chad!

I recently purchased a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450. During the purchase process, I noticed that the final price was significantly higher than expected. Upon reviewing the purchase details, I discovered that additional packages had been added without my prior knowledge or consent. I was not informed about these warranty or add-on packages at any point during the transaction. As a result, I felt like I was misled and taken advantage of. Discovering undisclosed charges made me feel like I was getting scammed.
