Bought a new truck from Jackson today, Justin Gilbert was an awesome sales rep. Answered all my questions extremely helpful just an all around good young man.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! I want to make it known my Grandpa worked for them for over 15 years, so they know my family.Bought a vehicle from them January 2022, and it was in the shop 2 weeks after we bought it, and up until April 2022. In March 2022, my husband lost his mom in Alabama. We asked if we could use the vehicle they loaned us since the one we bought from them was in shop, and the lady said "Its not my problem your mom passed away, figure it out". I was absolutely devastated and crushed. My husband's brother was 19 years old, alone states away, and had just preformed CPR on his dead mom, but we couldn't go until a few days later because of having the borrow a vehicle from someone else. They are not a family company, they are about the $$. And the young associates that work there try, but they don't understand it's all about the commission. We were harassed over and over from a kid named Jace I believe to buy another vehicle. Never again.
Justin was a great help in finding me the best vehicle! Helped me always asking questions! Would definitely recommend going there for a new vehicle!
