Jackson Hole Ford, especially Service Manager Nick, was awesome. All of the 30,000 mile requirements were completed, including DEF fill up, without my questioning or prompting. The work was done quickly too. Ask for Nick the next time you go. My F-450 is ready to tow my Brinkley to Yellowstone

I love getting my Bronco serviced here. They are consistently quick to get you on the schedule in a timely manner. Nick is always super friendly and willing to help with your needs, and honest about prioritizing what needs to be done. He also sends you away with a little treat when you leave. 😉 They are professional as well as hospitable. Refreshments always available… Dog friendly if you have a nice pup you can bring them in while you wait. I always enjoy my visits there which is not necessarily the case when you go places for service. Stop by and say hi to Justin he could get you set up with the new Broncos…I love mine! Justin from Jackson Hole Ford was the best to deal with. I had recently had surgery and have been on crutches the past month. When I got to the dealership initially, Justin actually helped me in through the iced over asphalt. From there on, he brought the truck right up front for me, and the whole process was no more than 2 hours. They were so pleasant to deal with, there wasn’t back and forth between the managers that we all are used to. I told them what I wanted during negotiations, and 5 min later I was buying my dream truck. The Sales Manager Dustin was also awesome. They all went above and beyond for someone they don’t even know and I appreciate that!
