Travis and the team were very understanding of what I needed done. I needed just a simple oil change, but I was very happy to hear he checked my whole car over in case something else was wrong. Disappointed with my experience at Jackson’s today. I brought my car in expecting a simple estimate and was never clearly told there would be a $189 diagnostic fee just to look at it. That kind of lack of transparency feels misleading. Customers deserve to know upfront what they’re agreeing to—especially when it comes to nearly $200 just for an evaluation. Because of this, I won’t be returning. Make sure you ask detailed questions about fees before letting them touch your vehicle.
