Five stars simply aren’t enough for the experience we had with Ryan in the service department. My fiancée was visiting from out of town when we brought her Jeep in for a few unusual issues that had been difficult to explain. From our first conversation, Ryan took the time to listen carefully, understand the situation, and make sure every concern was addressed. He never made us feel rushed or dismissed, which is something that’s becoming increasingly rare these days. What stood out most was the way he treated us as people rather than just another repair order. He was thoughtful, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping us find a solution. Throughout the process, he kept us informed, answered every question, and handled everything with a level of care that exceeded our expectations. I’ve worked with many dealerships and service departments over the years, and Ryan is easily one of the finest service advisors I’ve encountered. His professionalism, character, and commitment to doing right by customers left a lasting impression on both of us. When we picked up the vehicle, I made it a point to speak with management because outstanding employees deserve to be recognized. Ryan represents the kind of person every dealership hopes to have on its team. He creates trust, builds relationships, and turns what is often a stressful experience into a positive one. The entire team was AMAZING. I had a horrible experience searching for a jeep wrangler in NC and accidentally called these guys thinking this was Jacksonville NC🤣 turns out they were in Florida. Asta Simon Stu & Chris were the absolute best sales team. We negotiated an amazingly structured deal where I got the exact jeep wrangler I wanted. The paperwork was ready in one day and I flew down the next day and was greeted by a car service to take me to the dealership. Me & Simon conversed like old friends. I felt like a vip customer. Everyone was nice and attentive. Normally car shopping is stressful but this team made it an absolute pleasure and they are now my CDJR team for life. #JeepGang 🫶🏾

I wasn’t honestly going in to buy a new truck; mainly wanted to go in to compare a couple features and models. Fortunately, the team was very engaging, informative, and knowledgeable. Answered all questions, very patient, and wasn’t pushy with trying to sell the truck. Just guided me through the features to find what I really was searching for. The team were quite fair in negotiating and were honest in catching a mistake we made that would have made them more money, but spoke up and had integrity in the process. Tome was fantastic! This was my first time at this dealership and will be returning in the future! Highly recommend!

I had the distinct privilege of being able to work with AJ and Kipp on a potential deal for a jeep Wrangler. Obtaining this vehicle is something that would be for leisure and would truly provide miles and miles of enjoyment going through the Florida roads with the top off. AJ was most patient and thorough in his process of trying to work out the deal. He was very much client centered in his approach asking open-end questions and receptive to feedback. He truly went above and beyond to try to make this deal a reality. I was most impressed as he was the first sales by person I have worked with an over 20 years that was truly centered on what I wanted and not just making a sale. My hats off to Kipp because he truly bent over backwards to do his best. He Truly did his best, and I am very grateful for the opportunity to have worked with him. At the end of the day, I’m sad that we could not come to terms. However, the customer centered service that I received from AJ and Kipp we beyond approach!
