Jacobson Ford Sales - Revelstoke

I purchased a used 2012 Rav 4 yesterday through Sean's help, after shopping for one for a year! I got it for a good price and he had it inspected and met me in Salmon Arm for easier pickup. I appreciate all of the staff who do their job well and who helped me get into the car I love!

Just called to inquire about EV Ford Lightning and she was all over like a cheap suit. Yesz appreciate your passion and hunger to help me out by offering to bring it in from their Salmon Arm location but don't need to ask me 4-5x (no joke, it was tiring repeating myself) when I'm looking for it now that weekend for a test drive, plus needed the work station console so don't try to upsell me anything else but. I like my flexibility in terms of my schedule. Remember, customer is king.

I have personally been with Ford since buying my first vehicle, and I have to say out of all of my experiences, this most recent had to have been my top fave! Getting my car was a great one, but landing my amazing truck a week ago was hands down THE best experience! Our car broke down on the highway and the towing company dropped it on the Jacobson Ford dealership in Revelstoke. Unfortunately Monday was a holiday so I had to wait until Tuesday to see if they could fix it. When I got there on Tuesday morning they told me it would take a couple of days for them to diagnose it since there was a large service backlog. I understood but explained my situation to them, I thought It could be a sensor issue, nothing major they could fix quickly. Later in the afternoon I received a call from Connor. They were able to make time to diagnose it and my suspicions were correct, the issue was minor and they were able to fix it. Kudos to Connor and his team for being able to help a family in distress to get back on the road.
