This dealership has been great to me. I have used their service center more than a few times over the years. Everyone I've dealt with has been so professional, and courteous. The Jag is always clean and purring when I arrive. Recently had a coolant leak, they sent me a video of the issues, and an estimate the same morning. Just excellent work by everyone from informing to completion. A spotless waiting room with comfortable spaces to work while you wait. Coffee and snacks ready to go as well. All the amenities you could want if you need to wait. I highly recommend Jaguar Boston. It's a gem of a dealership with a fantastic service department.
