Had my F-Pace serviced here last week. Appointment was easy to schedule at a convenient time. Lee Zarras, my service advisor, was great to work with. He made both the check in and post service pick efficient, including the loaner vehicle. Service was completed on time. Another great experience with the Howard Orloff team.

Thanks to Shawn Stephens, my salesperson at Howard Orloff Imports, and to the entire Jaguar Chicago team for their expertise and support leading to the purchase of my pre-owned vehicle. As a longstanding customer, I am very pleased with the overall service of this dealership.

After the 1st subpar experience here I held off but after the 2nd it feels like a trend. Dropped my car here for a service and I received my car back with dirt marks on the front passenger and back seats as well as too much air in my tire…. There was also worse seat creasing than when I dropped it off which leads to the second experience. I take it back to have the leather looked at as a car with less than 5k miles that parks indoors should not have wear and tear. The individual looks at it then set up a time for me to bring it back. When I do the same guy had no clue what the issue was and when he looks at it again informs me that my 12 month interior warranty is expired. If you don’t want to stand by your product that’s fine but let me know the first time and don’t waste my time I can’t get that time back…. Also stop running luxury cars through a machine curtesy wash I’d rather get back a dirty car…..

I take my F-Pace here for service and always get the best service! Go to Luis Nunez he is the best! He will keep you updated and do everything possible to make sure you get your car back as soon as possible! Great job Jaguar Chicago!
