This is the first time a car dealership truly made my new car delivery experience special. It wasn’t the usual, see you later buh bye, NEXT! This was also the first time a ‘delivery specialist’ spent as much time as I needed to understand all the different functions in every category my vehicle has. Downloaded the app onto my phone, set up a password, entered my address as ‘home’ on the navigation screen, etc. I was also encouraged to contact them anytime if I have any questions, get stuck or forget something. BMW didn’t do any of this for my mother even after spending $85k. Jaguar Land Rover Glen Cove is the ONLY car dealer that did not have one single hiccup during the whole the purchase process. I don’t have one bad thing to say about the pros working together there and I’m the type that’s not afraid to speak up. Ask for Danny LeBron in sales, he’s a pro!
