Fantastic experience working with Hartford Jaguar and our sales guide Michael Malchevsky. Buying a car can be a challenging experience, especially when buying 100% remotely from Chicago with no plans to visit in person. Michael made the process throughly enjoyable. Very professional. Michael covered all details and conducted a Zoom meeting for a video conference, where he went over the Jaguar we were interested in. Michael and the team at Hartford Jaguar ensured the vehicle was prepared, and ready for transport. The sales process and all related paperwork were handled nicely and very efficiently. Michael kept track of the vehicle in transport and confirmed the delivery. When we received the vehicle on seeing first hand - exceeded expectations. We bought a fantastic I-Pace in Farallon Black. I had my Jaguar XE serviced here for 9 years and always had a good experience. The staff is friendly, easy to work with/get an appointment and knowledgeable. If I had any questions on work that needed to be done they were able to tell me exactly what the work or recommended work was, how important it was, and if it was something critical that needed to be addressed that day or in the near future or if it was something that could be deferred to a later time. I would still be getting my car serviced there but I unfortunately needed to get a family SUV larger than anything Jaguar currently makes.
