I recently had my 2017 Jaguar F Pace serviced at Tom Wood Jaguar/Land Rover of Indianapolis. My service advisor was Zach and I was extremely pleased with his courtesy and professionalism in dealing with my service needs. I highly recommend them. Normally you can get as good service for less money from independent shops over dealerships, but not in this case. I had my F Pace serviced at two other Indianapolis area independent shops prior to my service experience at Tom Wood, and the work performed at the other shops was substandard in comparison to the service I received at Tom Wood Jaguar. Tom Wood’s pricing was also comparable to the independent shops I had used previously.

My experience and expectations were absolutely handled in a very professional manner. My Jaguar was returned very clean. My service advisor Zach kept me informed throughout the whole process.
