I bought a brand new 2017 Range Rover Sport and took delivery in July 2017. It needed a new timing chain after 7 years. I spent $10,400 on this repair. Within 2 months the vehicle was in the shop for the majority of the next 11 months before there was a catastrophic engine failure. That’s right: an 8 year old Range Rover with 154,000 kms needs a new engine. Tyler in the Service department at Budd’s Land Rover was extremely helpful. But they did NOTHING to compensate me for selling me this lemon. DO NOT BUY A RANGE ROVER. They are designed to fail. I’ve heard this story from others also. When is the class action starting?

We purchased a brand new Range Rover Dynamic Sport SE in 2023 and we've had a major electrical issue only 2 years later. The vehicle completely shutdown on us in the middle of a busy road, which was very dangerous! My family was in the car! Also before this, there was another situation where my dealership had our vehicle for 2 months and we were basically paying it not to drive it. Unacceptable! I advised the dealership that we want a new vehicle as we do not feel safe anymore with our current vehicle. If were paying a TON of money for a brand new car, it should not have issues. We want a solution asap!

Not sure how the actual service is here yet but I will update accordingly. Im currently trying to book an appointment for service for my range rover. I've called everyday this entire week but no one picks up the phone. Is this normal?. Monday I waited 4hrs, tue 5.5hrs, and today I called first thing in the morning when they opened and im still remaining on the line as Instructed while im making this review but still no one has come on the line to help. It's been over 5 hours already so at this point ill stay on the call waiting list the entire day while they are open just to see if they even pick up calls at all. Tomorrow I will drive there in person to try to book an appointment I guess. I hope the service isn't as bad as the people responsible for the phones. Please let me know if anyone has done maintenance here and if I should try another location over this one.

I have a 2025 Jaguar F pace fully loaded paid for extended warranty paid for tire warranty… I have been waiting 12 hours now for roadside assistance, they still cannot tell me when anyone will be out to help me. Apparently, I am in an area That doesn’t have that many Representatives or whatever they call the people to come out to you… I guess the GTA it’s not a popular area… These guys are a joke… If you ever buy a jag, you better pray that nothing goes wrong on the road because you will be waiting a very long time for anybody to come and help you……. Update … it has been 17 1/2 hrs and I just got a phone call from someone that barely speaks English telling me that I would be pleased to know that someone was on their way

I placed an order with Birchwood, Land rover in Winnipeg, due to the extremely poor customer service I refused to continue doing business with them. I asked Land Rover Canada to transfer my order to another store and they said that’s not something they can do. It was painful and I had to get a manager involved . they said they will call the nearest Range Rover in saskatoon then that Range Rover store. That was also painful over multiple attempts. Once we broke contact LR SK asked me for a $20,000 retainer to sell me a car on top of the price of the cars msrp. All around disgusting snd crooks . What terrible customer service, id never buy from this brand and neither should you. People buying 200k vehicles should not be treated this way. 0 star award all around.
