We were in yesterday and had a great experience! Everybody was awesome and the experience was about as good as you can have at a dealership (and I have been to MANY) Our sales guy and his sales manager were great! They are very fair, and really seem to care about getting customers the vehicle they want and working with customers on their trade ins! We really want to thank Lawrence and Otis as they were super helpful and stayed past closing time to assist us. (Give those guys a promotion!) And Christine in finance was awesome! I had an incredible experience purchasing my 2022 Toyota RAV4 Trail from Ash at Jaguar Land Rover in Richmond a couple weeks ago. From start to finish, he made sure that the entire process was easy to navigate and stress-free. What truly stood out was how far he went to make sure I was set up for the drive home, nearly 2,900 km. Ash arranged to have winter tires and a block heater installed before I picked up the vehicle, which saved me a ton of time and effort. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly meant a lot. He was always prompt with communication, answered every question I had thoroughly, and walked me through each step of the process clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. The RAV4 Trail has been the perfect car for my needs. It was absolutely spotless when I picked it up, although after a long journey on the Alaska Highway, I’m not sure it will ever look that clean again (see below for the before and after).
