If you're looking for an unforgettable experience at Piehler Jaguar and Land Rover of Rochester, then look no further—because you will certainly *never* forget how miserable it can be to entrust your car to a dealership that can’t even identify a problem, let alone fix it. I recently brought my car in for service, and to say it was a disaster would be an understatement. It took them *one full week* just to get my car into the shop. That’s right, a week—during which I was treated to an endless series of excuses about how they only had one technician who specializes in my type of car (and apparently he’s always “in training,” whatever that means). Meanwhile, they spent more time explaining the size of their service area and the impressive distances they cover, than actually diagnosing my vehicle. By the time they finally did get around to looking at my car, they still couldn’t figure out what was wrong. If this is what passes for customer service at a *luxury* dealership, I can’t imagine what the standard is for the competition. It’s almost as if they believe their brand name alone should be enough to compensate for the glaring lack of competence or care. For a place that prides itself on high-end vehicles, Piehler Jaguar and Land Rover might want to consider investing in more than just the brand. Perhaps it’s time to actually *train* their staff to handle the vehicles they sell—and maybe, just maybe, stop turning their customers’ service appointments into endless, frustrating exercises in wasted time. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a 1981 Mazda 626 used from Piehler back in 1984. Was a real nice car for those days if it ran. I had it about a year or so before the head gasket blew. I suspect they had spun the odometer. They also put on the paperwork that I was 10 years older than I was to get the insurance thru long enough to get me off the lot. Only to be canceled shortly thereafter. A typo I’m sure. Stereotypical used car bottom feeders. They sure saw me coming. Hope it was worth it to them. I’ve been bad mouthing Piehler for more than 40 years.

The dealership and the people there are great. The manufacturers, however First of all both brands Jag and Land Rover are completely unreliable and when I need it repaired, I request a loaner vehicle only to find out there is no loaners available. How paradoxical, contradicting for such an unreliable brand? You would think Jaguar and Land Rover would offer more loner Vehicles. People are paying $200 an hour to repair these vehicles Because of this, I do not recommend Jaguar or Land Rover. My Land Rover has been a pile of problems even more than comparing to less reliable luxury manufacturers like BMW and Audi. What are considered unreliable brands are still far more reliable than that Jaguar or Land Rover. And Mercedes-Benz Jag or Land Rover don’t even come close. Speaking from experience Land Rover is still less reliable than all the luxury brands combined that I have owned

I had a knocking in the tailgate of my 2020 Velar for the past two years! I brought it in to be serviced three times over the past two years and unfortunately, the knock was never resolved! A few weeks ago, I called to make another appointment because it really bothered me. I spoke with Jayden and brought the car in on Monday. I took Jayden for a ride and he immediately heard the knock in the tailgate and was able to explain it to the service tech. I received a call from Jayden Tuesday to let me know the issue was resolved!- Jayden is awesome…a very intelligent, professional, young man! I highly recommend speaking with Jayden for any car service needs!

I wasn't going to do anything or leave a review, until I realized that i was really wronged. These people took NO accountability when they ruined the engine in my car leaving me soley financially responsible for over $10k. I'm not letting that go and I'm still in my statute of limitations
