I had the best sales experience with Stephanie Singer, Sales and Leasing Consultant.. I made an inquiry online and she responded via email, voicemail and text within 12 hours. She was kind and courteous. I drove in to meet with her the next afternoon, she showed me several options and I decided on a 2026 F-Pace. This was my seventh Jaguar. Stephanie was so professional, extremely knowledgeable and I was thoroughly impressed with the sales process especially with the fact that she did all of the finance paperwork and didn’t send me to someone else. We did everything at her desk and she also was able to transfer my insurance over very quickly. Customer Service was excellent, even the receptionists were awesome!!! Thank you Stephanie for making this process the best ever!

They did a great job on our annual check up. The waiting room was nice and clean and their snacks were great! All personnel were professional and courteous.

I have purchased two Jaguars from Ray Catena and their sales and service department are second to none. Each sale was ''painless" and each service appointment was completed with all issues resolved. A special acknowledgement goes out to Paul Y. for helping out with a technical issue involving my phone. It turned out that the problem was not with the vehicle but with my phone. Nevertheless, Paul called Verizon and explained the problem and stayed with me until it was resolved. This is not the first time Paul has helped me and he always goes above and beyond to resolve the issue at hand and always with a smile. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone considering a Jaguar or Range Rover.

I had a great experience purchasing my 3rd Jaguar, first time with Ray Catena. Joe Scribellito did an excellent job negotiating a fair price for both the new vehicle and trade in, and was very efficient and responsive throughout the process. On delivery day, Mike in sales was extremely helpful and made the paperwork a breeze. Lorenzo in service was very attentive and listened to my requests. Overall a fantastic buying experience!
