Jaguar Mission Viejo

I would absolutely recommend Jaguar Mission Viejo for anyone looking for a Jaguar or Land Rover. My experience was a bit unique; I had been searching for a rare Jaguar for months - an XF Sportbrake - and flew in from Seattle to buy it. The Sales Manager Robert was very helpful and communicative prior to me booking a plane ticket. I had all the pictures and info I needed. They also fixed a damaged sensor on the rear bumper I spotted in one of the pics which I was very grateful for and was indictive of their level of service. I came to the dealership straight from the airport where they were ready and waiting for me. The entire dealership process took maybe an hour and I was out the door. Purchasing a vehicle from out of state takes a bit more paperwork, and the Finance Manager Steve continued to work with me over the next few weeks to assure everything was sorted. I was very impressed with the whole experience and would absolutely buy another vehicle from them!

Everyone here, including management, are really respectful and treat you with so much class. If every business had people work for them like how this dealership group of staff works with and for its customers it would be just perfect. This is customer service at its finest.

Every year I take my car to have the oil changed and a check up. The entire staff from the moment I dropped the car off treated me like a king. Art my service manager was letting me know the progress every step of the way. The video showing me the engine and the under carriage was a great way to to show value and for me to understand what was going on. Great customer service and will always use them in the future. I am a paraplegic, took my Range Rover in for a recall, they totalled it. They gave me a low ball offer. Just find me a replacement.

Melissa Ciminesi is the best. Very professional and understanding. She helped me with my purchase even without me visiting the dealership until taking delivery. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I will also be a returning customer. Thank you Melissa!
