I was very well taken care of, my car was promptly worked on and my made some friends along the way. Erik Lundquist was a real pro (customers can a handful… I mean, it’s my CAR haha), even offered to show me his correspondence with JLR regarding a software issue… didn’t have to do that, and I appreciated his considering how to reassure the customer. It also seems like folks get along and the service depts communicate with each other, and makes for a good customer experience. When I picked up my car, I mentioned there was a piece under the front bumper that could need looking at some day. Rich quickly offered to take the car back, had it on a lift before I could process the kindness… they snapped the piece back in place and on my way I went. Being new to Jaguar (or any brand with a quirky reputation), I was left feeling confident that whatever may come up will be professionally dealt with. No reservations bringing my F-type back in the future. Thanks to Erik and the crew.

Excellent service. Ordered me a Lyft to come back to pick up my car. Made sure to update me on all my covered warranty maintenance services and had a part ordered and put on by the next day!
