Picked up a beautiful new limited F-Pace SVR yesterday morning and had such a wonderful experience. Heath Friedman and Pedro Patlan provided exceptional customer service and took incredible care of my husband and I. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered. This is my second vehicle that I’ve purchased from this dealership and I’d absolutely recommend them above all the others for buying a Jaguar.

Bought my BMW from here, great price and support during the pre-sale process. the sales representative Brendan was very helpful during the sale process. however, only once the sale completed, I was informed about the 2nd key missing. I have been texting Brendan over a Month now about the missing key and I barely got a response; I cannot set-up any of the Remote functions without having 2 keys in place. the post-sale experience has been terrible.
