Bought my second car from Roger and it was the best experience! He knew what I was looking for and found the perfect car for me! The entire transaction was seem less. Loved working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone on the market for a new car

mediocre dealership. Service is what i would expect if i were buying a Kia or a Mazda, not a high end car. i scheduled an appointment to buy the car. Salesperson was late. Manager gave me wrong quote. Tried to upsell me repeatedly on warranties and maintenance products that i initially politely declined, then eventually had to tell him that i’d have to write a negative review if he kept bringing it up. And he did, over and over. What was supposed to be a quick transaction ended up wasting most of my day off, i spent almost 3 hours just sitting there feeling ignored. The positives: the dealership is clean and modern. The coffee is decent. The service is below what i expected for Jaguar. Again, not a bad dealership if i were buying an economy car.

Shane and his team helped us buy our 2023 Tundra from Sacramento and have it shipped all the way to Kauai. The process was extremely professional, seamless, and it made us feel comfortable purchasing even sight-unseen. The car arrived on island in perfect condition and it was even more beautiful than the detailed high-quality videos they sent us. We saved thousands of dollars purchasing on the mainland and this dealership made it so worth the risk. Highly recommend

My first visit . Very insightful in the parts department. It's confidence inspiring to know that there is some guidance if you just look in the right places. (My) best advice is just to come prepared with as much information as you can to help the guys behind the counter ! Helps yourself and them . Anyways . I didn't grab any names , but I'm sure I'll see these guys again next week to order my parts , cheers guys . Thanks again 02/09/26

Roger Beatty was our salesman and he did an exceptional job taking care of us! This was the best buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. Roger treated us like family, not like potential dollar signs when we walk through the door. No pressure from start to finish just an exceptionally good experience!
