Had my first experience with Land Rover Santa Monica, but I’ve known and done business with their sales manager, Eli, for 14 years at other dealerships—so I already knew I was in good hands. The whole team, including GM Kris, salesperson Richard, and Katrina in finance, was absolutely amazing. The dealership has a super relaxed vibe—no pushy sales tactics, just a smooth and straightforward process. Trading in my Discovery for a new one was quick and hassle-free. Buying cars can often be a royal pain. However, Jaguar, Land Rover, Santa Monica is truly a nice place to buy from. We spent a Sunday afternoon looking and buying a beautiful Jaguar, and very much appreciated the professionalism of the sales rep, sales manager, and finance manager. Everyone was a real pro and very genuinely nice person. Everything was done in a very efficient manner. I highly recommend this auto agency if you are in the market for either a jaguar or Land Rover.

(Caution: sales rep Zvi Aviad shown very unprofessional behavior) We came here for test driving range rovers and the representative was extremely rude. This behavior was unheard of. An older gentleman, tall with white short hair walked up to us and asked us what model we are looking for without introduction. We were discussing the specs and the pricing between different models and we asked for their prices compared to online prices and he was like “yeah they are last year models and we don’t have them” and we were like cool we understand but still we wanna see the new models and feel the difference and he literally told us “oh you know Im busy and you clearly have better prices so I rather get to other costumers and showing you the car is waste of my time” then got up and left! We were just sitting there wondering what just happened?! Unbelievable really

One of their rep set up an appointment to appraise my vehicle for a potential sale. I took time off mt busy schedule to drive 15 miles to the dealership so they can tell me we don't take vehicles like yours. Your rep had the picture and saw what type of vehicle it is and never mentioned that.

Great team, didn't think I'd walk away with a car, but they made it work. Best car buying experience hands down. Araceli and the whole team made this a very seamless transaction, super excited to be in the Jaguar fam now.
