Excellent car buying experience, considering its one of the most annoying things to do in life. Despite all of that Chris Richardson was attentive to our needs, found the right car and made a deal work for us that was not stressful. He was not pushy and understood our situation. The finance person took very good care of wrapping everything up as well and was attentive to detail on ensuring our finance agreement matched our deal exactly with no pushy nonsense. Scott was a great help. Being in the automotive industry myself, I have an understanding of what it’s like to deal with customers and vehicles with ghost problems. The crew did the best they could to diagnose and fix the problem. So far my E Pace is running as it should. I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering purchasing an extended warranty through Morgan Auto Group. I bought a pre-owned BMW from Morgan’s Jaguar dealership. During the paperwork process, all three people in the room — myself, my daughter, and my father — fully believed we were purchasing a BMW manufacturer extended warranty since the vehicle was still under BMW’s factory warranty. That was how it was presented to us. Fast forward to when I needed to use the coverage: BMW could not locate any record of this “BMW warranty.” That’s when I discovered I had actually been sold a third-party warranty, not BMW at all — despite paying $7,000 for it. I immediately contacted the Jaguar dealership to explain the situation, and they told me not to worry — they would send me a copy of the warranty and to reach out if I had any trouble. Well, I did have trouble. And when I emailed them — twice — I received no response at all. To make this even worse, a BMW dealership within the same Morgan Auto Group refused to honor the warranty for a simple dashboard warning reset. No parts, no repairs — just clearing a code. They still charged me $250 out of pocket. So here I am: ❌ $7,000 spent on a warranty that BMW will not honor ❌ $250 charged for a basic system message reset ❌ Zero response from Jaguar after asking for help ❌ A warranty that has provided absolutely no value ⚠️ Please be extremely cautious when Morgan Auto Group tries to sell you an extended warranty. Make them prove the warranty is truly manufacturer-backed and honored across their own dealerships. Get every detail in writing. This has been a highly disappointing and expensive lesson, and I hope others can avoid going through the same experience.
