The service advisor manager Kevin has been taking care of all my Jag’s for over 17 years and is always prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional. His advice, and communication is top notch. Same with Bill. God help Jaguar Southwest if both those guys leave for any reason. They are the glue that holds that place together. Others have come and gone but Kevin & Bill are Solid and dependable.

Kevin has been my service advisor since I got my car. Kevin is great at keeping me updated on the service of my car. He only offers me what I need. Kevin is like a dad to me. He’ll get on me when he needs to, because sometimes I don’t pay attention to my car. I love Kevin and I’ll be a customer as long as he’s there. I would 100% refer anyone to get a car from Jaguar SW. they have a variety of the best snacks, coffee, water, and they even have two massage chairs that you can use for free. I have yet to have a bad experience. And you can’t beat a free car wash after your service.
