I’m overdue for this review 😊. Exceptional service. I really enjoy the interactions with my service advisor, Marcus Dominguez…he’s patient, funny and professional. I love the diagnostic report so I can plan for future services and Marcus never minds walking me through the line items. I’ve had comprehensive services and small ones, like the nail in my tire this time. Marcus gets me in quickly and I’m always greeted like family. Speaking of being treated like family, Matt Creel, their salesperson, actually asked me, “Can I bring you anything? Water, coffee?” Now. I know they *have* snacks, water, etc but to offer to bring it… excellent customer service. Ya’ll go see Matt! I’ve been a Land Rover/Jaguar customer for a lonnng time, seen old and new faces - I’m looking forward to future visits, sales and this next level customer experience.

I had the most amazing car purchase experience at Columbia Jaguar. I’ve waited 9 years to buy my dream car, Jaguar F-PACE. Aria is one of the kindest sales people I have ever dealt with. I visited him last summer and wasn’t ready to buy, and he treated me with kindness and respect many months later. When you enter the dealership, you are greeted by the kindest lady, Deborah in the finance office and management are also top-tier.  I really wanted people to know about my amazing experience over there! Marcus is service is the best advisor for me. He is quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with.

I was a walk in. Ronald Speert came in right behind me, and I asked if he could put me in touch with someone who could get my R75 P575 serviced. He connected me with General Manager, Simone Durbin, who got a visual of the particular issue I was concerned with. This was trim related and not mechanical. Simone immediately engaged with Service Manager, Leon Kedzierski who was familiar with the particular problem and promptly recommended a viable solution. Leon immediately called their windshield team, and made arrangements to get me a loaner on the spot. Leon contacted me later that afternoon and notified me that my R75 P575 was available for me to pick up if I wanted to. Their prompt attention to my need and level of service provided was definitely 5 star. Thank you so much Simone and Leon. I'll be back around the holidays for annual service.

I went in for a scheduled service only to be given a bill for nothing I made an appointment for. I had four hours of my time wasted to only be told they did not even have the part in stock. So what were you doing for four hours? “Your car got mixed up in the car wash” was what I was told. Deplorable customer service. I would have respected the recommendations more had the original scheduled work been satisfied. But I couldn’t even be told the part wasn’t in stock during the scheduling process!

The service department did an excellent job on my vehicle. I was also able to get a very convenient appointment date and time to get the work completed.
