The dealership receives mixed reviews, with some customers praising the showroom, staff friendliness, and service quality, while others report serious concerns including questionable inspection practices, overpricing for repairs, and alleged negligence in service work. Multiple negative reviewers claim they received inflated repair estimates or poor service outcomes that conflicted with assessments from other mechanics and dealerships.

I brought my 2022 Tesla in to Jaguar Land Rover Winnipeg (180 Lowson Cres) for a safety inspection. The vehicle failed due to "L+R rear upper aft ball joints loose/play (2.5B)," and I was quoted approximately $4,000 for the repair. Because of the high repair estimate, I decided to get Tesla Service to fix for me as I trust Tesla to do the fixing. After inspecting the vehicle, Tesla advised that the rear upper aft ball joints were within specification, measuring 1 mm of play, and that no repair was required. I then contacted Jaguar Land Rover Winnipeg to ask what measurements they had taken to determine the ball joints were out of specification. To my surprise, I was told that no measurements had been recorded and that I would need to bring the vehicle back for another inspection. This was extremely disappointing. A dealership that services and inspects Tesla vehicles should be verifying whether a component is actually outside the manufacturer's specifications before failing a safety inspection and recommending thousands of dollars in repairs. When I raised my concerns, I received no apology and was simply told that they were following MPI guidelines. This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted a significant amount of my time, and seriously affected my confidence in the inspection process. Had I not sought a second opinion from Tesla, I could have spent $4,000 repairing a component that was apparently functioning within OEM specifications. I will update this review after the reinspection, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend relying solely on this dealership's assessment without getting an independent second opinion and charge $336 to inspect vs other charge between 150 to 250.

Took my 2014 jaguar XKRS here for an oil change they returned it to me with no oil and left the car running For over 20 minutes, my car had no oil in it and was sitting running in their parking lot After one year of sitting in their service department with promises to fix it, they finally agreed to fix it Both of Mechanic and the general manager told me there is irreplaceable damage done to the motor, which is very obvious for running a motor with no oil But all they did to fix it was put new oil in it and send me on my way after over a year of waiting I have audio recording and pictures of the general manager now telling me they don’t do inspections on motors and they don’t take them apart so they were not even gonna bother to see if there’s any damage they just replaced the oil and sent me on my way When I questioned them if there would be any motor damage, he just said I don’t know. We don’t look at that not our problem. We put new oil in it. That’s all we’re gonna do. Every Mechanic I have spoke to have told me running a high-performance motor or any engine with no oil for an extended period of time is going to do obvious damage I would highly recommend not to go here. This explains why jaguar is a failing car company.

Personal purchasing experience. Gorgeous showroom, great layout, lots of amenities when/if you are waiting. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and some super luxurious cars! My preference is in the F-Pace, again due to my personal purchasing experience ;-) Can't wait to pick up my Firenze Red🚘R-Sport! Old Infiniti QX50 on the left, new one on the right! I seem to have a thing for red cars 🤣 - Updated - I had moved on to a 2022 Jaguar F-Pace SVR P550 Supercharged V8, I am happy with it and the service dept is still spot on!

I`ve owned my Jaguar Xe for about a year now. The car itself is a blast. From the purchase to service, I have always had a great experience at Jaguar Winnipeg. I want to give a special thanks to Boston who has been an amazing service advisor. Super easy to get ahold of and always answers the questions I have effectivley.

I do like my F-Pace, but this dealership is ridiculous. Every year, I've had to replace the NOx sensor and module. I have replaced it 5 times! When it goes you get a warning, your car will not restart in 500km. Only dealership is this one. I had to go there or my car was going to shut down. Last time I was in Ottawa. I wanted for it. Took 10 minutes and cost me $248.00 . Fast forward to this dealership. They had me a bill for $2061.59 for same part. They tried to soak me a total of $9111.26. Saying brakes need to be done, they were just changed 1500 km ago, they said they were rusty. It's definitely a dishonest dealership. I have been a mechanic for 45 years. Crooks.
