Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo

I am a professor at Indiana University and drive to Kentucky to get my car serviced because I value the service I get at Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo. They treat me like a human being. Service Dept is the best I have dealt with. They are honest and fair. Best I've dealt with in a long time. I also have a BMW X1 and have had mediocre to bad service at the BMW dealer comparatively. I will buy from this dealer from now on. By the way, did I say that their cars are fantastic? Went back for another oil change. They did such a good job. Quick and efficient. Nice people! Update.... still the best. Fantastic service. And still the best in 2024! They did a ton of work to my car again for free. Thank you guys! Seriously the best. Brand new fuel pump and evaporator system!

Skip provided a wonderful purchasing experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and it was evident he was passionate about the brand. The car was delivered in perfect condition and the purchasing experience was seamless and pleasant.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. My husband and I have owned 4 Alfa Romeos now all because of Skip and Coby. Two class-act gentlemen! And the addition of Fritz has been great! These folks go above and beyond to make every experience great. No pushy sales guys here - just folks that know their cars, love the brand, and enjoy building relationships vs. just selling a car. And it helps that the cars are beautiful, well-made, luxurious, fast, and fun!! :)

Would not recommend nor do business with again. Dealership late-submitted paperwork for payoff causing finance company to take an extra payment out of my account. I’m out $1k!!! Solely due to shady practices by dealership!!
