Highly recommend this dealership and Skip Jones. I was in search of a specific car - the only one in the country optioned like it was - and Skip helped me snag it! I should mention I live in Houston, TX and Jake Sweeney Fiat is just south of Cincinnati, OH. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a price, Skip promptly responded with a fair price (enough that I jumped and didn’t need further negotiations). We were near the end of the month, so the pressure to make a sale is always on, but I never felt that from anyone at the dealership. I flew in and the picked me up at the airport - in a lime green Alfa Romeo - very memorable. The porter was super nice. Once we got to the dealership I was in and out in 20 minutes. This is the place to go - if Jake Sweeney sells any brand of car your interested in I highly urge you to go here vs the competitor. I might even buy another car out of state from them - it was that pleasant.

I bought my FIAT 500 back in 2013 new from Jake Sweeney FIAT of Florence. I consistently went back for all service issues including routine maintenance and even tires. This dealership is top notch and is a Class A act for customer service. Recently I had a problem with my car that was a major issue. I went to Jake Sweeney FIAT of Florence as usual and they worked with me to get the problem fixed while keeping me up to date on the progress and finally charging me a fair price for all the work they had to do. The dealership creates a sense of intimacy and caring for their customers unlike many car dealerships that just see you as a dollar sign when you enter. I would not hesitate to buy another FIAT, Alfa Romeo, KIA or any other car on their lot from them in an instant. Coby the General Manager, Tony the parts and service manager and Christian the service supervisor are all top notch and will always be there for any questions you may have. It makes getting your car taken care of a pleasure rather than a chore. Kind of a rarity in today's car business.

The service department is second to none tony and his mechanics will go the extra mile to make sure everything is safe and done exactly the way it should be in my opinion they are the best in the business thank you for everything you do for me and my wife

Took Fanny Fiat in for her regular oil change and tire rotation and added an interior detail to service. WOW! What an awesome job! Fanny Fiat has only been vacuumed twice over three years and my small dog pack of 7 has littered the black carpet with white hair…my detailer made her look brand new! I am absolutely THRILLED with the results! BRAVO to you, whomever you are, who worked this magic!

Brought my 124 in for an oil change. I arrived a half-hour early as I needed to join a work meeting. They accommodated me very nicely! The Wi-Fi service was fantastic without any glitches, and the complementary sodas and snacks hit the spot! The service was performed in a timely manner and it’s great having a dealer who doesn’t get oil residue all over the inside of your car. I’ll definitely return for future services.
