# Summary The dealership's sales staff receives consistent praise for being knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful during the purchasing process. However, customers report significant issues with the service department, including poor tire storage management, unresponsive management, and unresolved vehicle repairs that resulted in frustration and additional costs.
Recently purchased a 2025 Lincoln Corsair. Joel was fantastic to work with!! Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! He showed me all the features before I took home the car and made sure all my questions were answered. The rest of the Lincoln team was also awesome and friendly. Made my car buying experience a breeze!
I hesitated putting any review but as I am starting to look for a new vehicle I find myself looking elsewhere than James Braden Lincoln. To begin with, the sales people are great (I personally dealt with Greg). I purchased a new 2016 in 2016 and had great experience with the service department. My issues came recently when I asked them to fix a seal in the trunk. You had to open the trunk to fix the seal. They fixed it but said they never opened the trunk, claiming it was broken. It worked before. Anyways, after many emails, they said it was my bad luck (not theirs) and I paid the hundreds to fix it. Now my trunk is still working 'sporadically' but since it is not constantly doing it, they can't address the issue to see if it was "their" fault. I am off to South Carolina and have a good relationship with Lincoln in Myrtle Beach so I will explain my issues and I am sure they will fix it. In summary, good sales people, good product, good servicing staff but questionable maintenance and customer service. For $400 I can't see myself buying from a company that never even talked face to face with me and only accepted their staff response. The overall reason I now give a low rating on google.
Sales department is great I worked with Greg and he was amazing but the service department is horrible! They had stored my winter tires I had appointment for 1pm at 4 pm I was notified that the winter tires they had stored and labeled with my name did not fit my vehicle. 2 days later I was notified they found my winters at an off site storage, they offered to pick up my vehicle from work and have tires changed. After mix up I was very specific that I did not want to store my summer tires and I wanted my summer tires left in my vehicle. When I got to my vehicle after work I found winter tires with rusted rims ( my winters had only been used 1 winter) and they stored them) and my summer tires were not in my vehicle. When I contacted James Braden manager did not call me back I had to keep calling and demand to speak to management about issue. They agreed to replace rims on winter and agreed to drop off my tires at my home. As I work and I didn’t want my tires left outside this is a huge inconvenience and have not been able to get my tires yet or new rims. I’ve decided to move my service to Revell Lincoln and I requested James Braden to bring my tires there, they refuse stating they will only bring them to my house. They made the mistake so now I either have to pick up tires myself or have my tires sitting outside my home with no one home. I have never dealt with such a horrible service department. Do not trust their service department and definitely never store your tires with them!
