We purchased a vehicle here. The salesperson who waited on us and the other people in the office are very helpful. However, the guy in the service department is totally different. We have had all oil changes done here since 2021 but 1 and that was because the person was not there, every time the short, bald on top wearing glasses guy ask "Is this your first time here?" Really!

Excellent customer service as always! We have 2 James Ceranti vehicles in the family now.

I bought a vehicle at James Ceranti and in just 3 months a check engine light came on....i took it to them and they told me to take it somewhere else to get it serviced....it woumd up needing the engine replaced...i paid $19,000 for the vehicle then had to pay $10,000 to get it fixed....Talked to mr. Ceranti and he said he would get back with me....now he wont return my calls.....I wont ever make the mistake of buying from him again!

Tremaine, Marieo & Bettina, the service people has always treated me with respect, courtesy, kindness and attentiveness. I find the Service to be excellent. I'm a satisfied repeat customer.

Very unprofessional. I dropped my vehicle off for service and someone called about a light coming on their vehicle and they put the person on hold and never picked the phone back up....Fast forward a few days and they tell me that my car is ready for pickup and I drive 45 minutes to pick it up and it's still lifted in the air and they told me it might not be ready until the next day. On top of that they tell me they don't have any loaners available
