I do not usually write reviews, and I haven’t even bought a vehicle here, but based on my experience, I definitely would. The GM followed up with me right away regarding an inquiry I made. After getting the information on the vehicle, I decided not to move forward, not because there was anything wrong with the listing, it just wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. They told me they’d keep an eye out and follow up if something came in that fit better. About a week or two later, I got a call from Eric. He was incredibly transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. It honestly felt more like talking to a friend than a salesperson, someone who truly wanted to help me make the right decision. Eric was never pushy, very easy to talk to, and actually listened instead of trying to steer me in a different direction. He explored every possible option to help me find what I wanted. That kind of customer service is rare these days, especially in the industry and because I had such a positive experience with multiple people there, I wanted to take the time to recognize it.

Had my Chrysler Pacifica serviced here today. They were very nice about getting me in on short notice. Really nice folks. Excellent service! A secondary benefit is their location in downtown Hampshire. One of the nicest villages in the area. A handful of excellent establishments literally steps from the dealership for your breakfast or lunch break while auto is being serviced. Highly recommended!

Shawn in service is great. Got me in the same day for an oil change. He let me know my tires were needing to be replaced and an tuneup was recommended. I appreciate the information without being pushy or trying to sell me stuff I don’t want or need. Great service!

James Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Hampshire IL. Eric and Vito were awesome with all my services. Very pleasant, attentive and friendly. These guys will make sure you feel very welcomed. The ambience of the dealership was very relaxed and the show room makes you want to keep choosing every turn of the head. Very nice inventory at this location.

Took my Jeep in service for 3 different issues and they found much more wrong with it, thankfully. Jason was great to work with. He did a great job explaining what my vehicle needed, was super prompt responding to my calls and just generally good customer service. Something that’s lacking in the world today. Would definitely recommend Jason and James CDJR if your vehicle requires service.
