I drove 6 hours from Ohio to trade in my automatic Dodge Challenger for a manual. My sales associate, Brie LeBeau, was fantastic! From the moment I inquired about the car until the moment I signed the papers, she was on top of the communication and setting up the sale for me. Being very new to stick shift, I had salesman Tony ride along on the test drive (who is far more proficient with driving a manual) to give me guidance and some much-needed pointers. General sales manager Bob took great care of me as well. The entire staff at this dealership was very accommodating and made my time there very relaxed and enjoyable. After I took delivery of the car and set off for my trip back home, I decided to pull into a nearby parking lot, just to get a little bit of practice before hitting the main road again. I had some concerns about how the vehicle was shifting that I did not detect on my initial test drive. Not wanting to drive all the way back home with that concern, I called the dealership, and they told me to bring it back to take a look. I had Tony drive the car, and he said the behavior was normal. For added reassurance, he grabbed master technician Bill to also drive the car with me, and he too, confirmed it was normal. But to completely alleviate all of my concerns, they even put the car up on a lift and showed me everything was in working order. Being a noobie to driving a manual, it was really great of them to go through the extra time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Stopped in today to look at a truck. The sales parson was amazing, the finance guy was wonderful to work with, the whole experience was fantastic! There was no pressure what so ever, and that was a huge plus in my book. We drove an hour one way to see this truck, and when I look for my next vehicle I will be driving an hour one way again.
