I wonder how Im supposed to feel after coming all the way in just to sit for hours and be told: 1. The asking price is 7k more than they advertise online. 2. The asking price is 11k more than Kelly Blue Book 3. The claim that they offer 4k over KBB on your trade means they offer 4k under KBB 4. The safety recalls and issues with that model car are just made up, I guess? 5. An offer is presented to you with about $10k added to the financing and you arent supposed to be smart enough to realize this and ask what it is 6. When you say these thing to the sales manager they go away to "look at the numbers again" and come back to push the same paper in front of you with the same numbers in a different term and a big note in marker saying "you win!!!". I know how I feel. Disrespected. And, glad I didnt buy from people like this.
