The General Manager Daniel and his team are amazing. This was truly a stress free pleasant experience. They gave me all the facts up front, no price hikes or hidden fees. When I arrived the entire process took less than an hour. Daniel and Jason welcomed me to the dealership and had the vehicles I was interested ready to go. Shout out to Daniel, Josh, and Reddy! I had another “Ford Dealership” service my vehicle and a day later the skid plate was dragging on the ground. I was close to James Collins on a Saturday so I pulled in and they took care of the issue immediately. You all have just won over a very loyal Ford customer!

I made a scheduled maintenance appointment for my Mustang and wanted to have an error code for the cameras and lane system adressed. I dropped the car off on a Thursday morning. It wasn't looked at until the next day and no one contacted me about the car until the following Monday. Monday afternoon around lunchtime I went to call the service department to find out what time my car would be done and the GPS on my FordPass app showed that my car wasn't even at the dealership, it was In the parking lot at a Popeyes on West Broadway.! When I called the service department to inquire as to why my car was in the parking lot at Popeyes they just told me they didn't know. Once I was able to retrieve my car, I noticed that there was damage to my rims. I called the dealership 15 minutes after leaving and asked if they had before pictures incase I was mistaken. I got a text to send pictures at 3:20 PM on the Monday and no one followed up with me. I called on Tuesday afternoon and was told that the service manager was out, but they left a note for them. Oh, and I forgot to mention that my car is still showing the fault so I took it in and paid $500 to have repaired. Moral of the story be cautious be vigilant, and maybe take your car to a different service department.

Jason Clark and Daniel Mekuria both went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with my new F150 and every aspect of the purchase. There was very little negotiation needed for the trade-in, and the terms were excellent for both myself and the dealership's ability to resell the vehicle.
