I had the best experience with James Hodge Chevrolet in Broken Bow. Kisha Carper was our salesperson and she was amazing, she answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. Kisha even went the extra mile and introduced us to Todd Young in the Service Center to discuss some issues I was having with my Traverse. Before I knew it they had my car in a bay and we left with it running like new and a new truck for my husband. The whole team at James Hodge Chevrolet in Broken Bow, OK was amazing and will definitely get our business in the future, even with it being 2 hours from home, it's worth the drive for top notch customer service.

Can't speak to the experience of buying a car here, but charging 5x the usual standard rate of electricity at other chargers for their electric car charger is wild. Yes there aren't many options nearby... But if they're willing to price gouge travelers in the area, I would question the ethics of their company in general. We charged a small Chevrolet Bolt here and it cost $125 vs $25 for the same percentage charge most other places.
Sending a BIG ThankYou! Made my first cross country trip in my Chevy EBlazer and thankful that you guys have a fast charger that is in GREAT working condition. Definitely the best available for this area. The staff are great as always. The charger was blocked by another vehicle and they took the time to check and see how they could help and made room for me to pull up and charge.
Took my truck here for recall replacement of passenger air bag. In the process of changing air bag they destroyed my dash. They ganged up on me and argued about why they think they shouldn't have to fix their mistake! I couldn't win. So be aware of this sorry place and don't make same mistake I did. They claim "nobody cares more than James Hodge Ford" but the way I see it is ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS! THEY DESTROYED MY DASH
