We worked with Jennifer, and she was amazing! My husband previously sold vehicles, and he has high expectations. Jennifer answered all of our questions and was super responsive. She saw the sale through from beginning to end and has stayed in touch with me as I learn more about my vehicle and its many amenities. I would definitely recommend Jennifer for such a big purchase.

The customer service at this location is horrible. My first experience with James Hodge was not good. Isde an appointment and when I pulled into the service department, the service workers just sat there. No greeting, no nothing. I got out of my car and no one greeted me. I walked into the service department. There was a guy on the phone (he wasn't talking to anyone) no acknowledgment. I left my car there for two weeks. When I returned to pick it up, same experience. I walked into the service department, no greeting. The same guy was on the phone..sitting there. The other service manager was talking with someone so he was busy. After about five minutes of me standing there, the guy not talking to someone looked up and said "someone will be with you". After another few minutes of me standing there, the same guy who was talking to no one, asked how he could help me. I told him I was there to pick my car up. Then he sent me around the corner to the pay area. Then I got sent to the collision center, where the guys were really great and personable. The work appears to be be solid. However the service was trash

I don't know if it's humanly possible to write a review that will explain how I feel about my experience with Colton, Austin and James Hodge Ford Lincoln Muskogee. My wife and I can only hope my next car buying experience in half of what it was here. I do not believe I have every had any company (especially a car dealer) work as hard as their staff did to find me a tangible item (a specific Ford Maverick) like Colton and Austin did. We live out of state, and they worked around every obstacle to get the deal done including working with a second dealer on the East Coast. It's saddening to know this review will be buried in many five-star reviews, but I will sleep well knowing I stumbled across this amazing group of people. Thank you Colton for all your diligence and hard work! Y'all will be my first call and first recommendation next time anyone is interested in a Ford or Lincoln product.
