If I could give more stars, I definitely would!!! Every person I came in contact with at James River Jeep was so kind and helpful!! TONY, my sales guy, was amazing!!! He was able to do basically the whole deal over the phone! I came in the following day. I signed some paperwork and drove home in my new Jeep!!! I truly appreciate and respect when a person enjoys their job and what they do- that is 100% TONY!! I am very happy with my experience and 10/10 I definitely recommend them!!!

My salesman Renato Granja was amazing! Very helpful and willing to help you in any way he can. The 3 stars was because of the finance guy Byron Dunn. He was very puchy and very rude on tring to get me to take the extra coverage on the car. I was working with my bank on this coverage not him. Byron then took money out of his wallet and tossed it at me saying here will this help?. Very unprofessional!!! The sales team was amazing and I will probably go back but I will not use the finance guy at all. Thank you Renato Granja you are amazing.

Tobyn was excellent to work with—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pushy. I felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of and understood all my options. Most importantly, I walked away feeling like I was treated fairly and got a good deal. I will definitely be sticking with James River for all my vehicle purchases and service going forward.

We were extremely fortunate to have Jad as our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions about the Jeep Grand Cherokee L, which we love! His knowledge was actually impressive! He was very understanding of our process wanting to research and compare with the other brands we were also interested in. He wasn’t pushy about it which was refreshing. Jad really made the buying process fun and we definitely recommend him, Jeep and the James River dealership. Everyone there was great!

Bought a 2023 dodge charger and wanted to shout these guys out, they’re a very communicative shop with some awesome guys around the team. I got to work with Mike Manning.
