I had a very disappointing experience with Janbson Auto. I recently called to inquire about a vehicle they have listed, and before I could even say anything, the person on the other end hung up on me. I was honestly dumbfounded. It felt extremely rude and unprofessional, especially for a business that relies on customer communication. First impressions matter, and this one was not good. Basic courtesy over the phone is the bare minimum, and that standard wasn’t met. It’s hard to reconcile this kind of customer service with a 5-star rating. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others proceed with caution. If this is how potential customers are treated before even asking a question, I can’t imagine how issues would be handled during an actual sale. Very disappointing.

I purchased my SUV from this dealership in January 2026. By February after driving roughly 1,500 km, the vehicle began overheating. I contacted your team about the issue I did not receive the warranty information until I requested it ( it was already broken down by February when I looked for the email)I was told it would be sent in a few days after the purchase.(I believed them, it was not.) When I bought the vehicle, I was told that everything had been changed and that the oil and maintenance were up to date, it wasn’t. Now it’s in the shop after 1500kms. After calling and asking about the warranty you offered you say you never offered warranty.(I have a email that shows they offered it) At first I loved how fast and swift it was to purchase,I initially left a five start revive on my main email(which I since deleted)then the bad part came and said they dont warranty cars forever. I didn’t think that was the case anyways (it was less then 2000kms before it shit the bed and went to the shop) So just avoid this dealership if you can.
