Jeff, the GM and sales manager were all amazing in helping me find the perfect car. They showed me multiple vehicles and was pushing me into anything I didn’t like. Spent a few hours just picking out a car and they were patient and accommodating. Finance dept was also very good in communicating terms and wasn’t pushy when it came to all the ads ons. Buying my new car from Kia of Janesville was the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had! Hailey was the nicest sales rep I’ve ever met. She answered my questions, got me into my dream car for a test drive within 10 minutes, and was so honest and positive! I was provided with a spreadsheet of every cost/expense I walked out the door with. Absolutely 0 hidden fees. All of the staff and managers were kind, talkative, and calm.

Maraea was an amazing sales person! She greeted my wife and I with kindness and without being pushy. When our lease came due for our Buick Envision,, we decided to check out other options. After some time reading and comparing, Kia was our first choice. We walked into Kia of Janesville and were met by a salesman named Justin. Justin was easygoing, friendly and professional. He did not have the stereotypical “salesman” vibe. He explained the features and levels of the Sportage, we were looking at and answered our questions completely. We went for a test drive and before the afternoon was over, we dove off in the Sportage that was on the sales floor. We appreciate the friendly attitude of everyone we dealt with. Patrick did a great job explaining the finance end, making it almost painless. He was also so helpful helping us turn over the Buick.
