Janice and I just purchased a new 1500 for her. Rick Stover is awesome. He sat with us and went over line by line to make sure everything Janice asked for was what she and I expected on the truck. There was no trying to rush us or try to sell something else. When the truck was ordered Rick kept Janice informed on every part of the production. There never was any type of pressure sales of any kind. The environment at Jason Lewis was like you were family. We must say everyone is friendly and down to earth. Mr. Lewis was introduced to us and he even stood and chatted with us about all different subjects. Like we said this is one super friendly dealership. Going over the final paper work with Allie Cooper was super pleasant. She's as awesome as Rick. We just can't say enough except we want to adopt them!!!!! We had a great experience so far buying a car from Jason Lewis. We found a car online, then got hooked up with Allie Cooper as the salesperson. We negotiated over the phone and text, essentially making the deal (including trade-in value) without driving the new car (Pacifica, AWD). We made the drive to Sparta, TN 2 days later and they were ready! We drove the car, got briefed on features, then signed the paperwork. It was quick and easy (like they promised) and we are very happy. Allie Cooper did a great job. She was very available via phone, text, and email with details and information. A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

If you're looking for an example of why car salespeople have earned a bad reputation over the years, look no further than Jason Lewis Jeep. We purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that was significantly misrepresented during the sales process. We were assured certain service and maintenance work had been completed by the dealership, only to later discover that wasn't true. Time and again, promises were made, assurances were given, and commitments were conveniently forgotten once the sale was complete. The experience didn't end there. A simple $150 due-bill reimbursement that was agreed upon at the time of purchase somehow took nearly six months to receive. It required repeated phone calls, text messages, follow-ups, excuses, and what felt like an endless cycle of misinformation before a check finally arrived. Buying a vehicle should be built on trust, transparency, and integrity. Unfortunately, our experience with Jason Lewis Jeep was the exact opposite. The vehicle was misrepresented, commitments weren't honored, and customer service disappeared the moment the paperwork was signed. In the end, the $150 check arrived, but it cost far more than that in frustration and wasted time. I cannot recommend this dealership and would strongly encourage prospective buyers to get everything in writing and independently verify any claims made during the sales process. Buyer beware.

5 stars ain't enough, 10 is more like it! This guy right here is a gem for the future with a bit of the past. Caleb was not a pressure person at all. Treated us great! My wife and I at about the same time said, "this dealership reminds you of how things were done in the past". Definitely a great experience and for us Caleb was our goto guy. Would recommend him to anyone! This is our third Gladiator. My wife bought one almost 3yrs ago, I bought one in Dec and my wife wanted an upgrade to a Rubicon. While visiting waterfalls we stumbled across the dealership. Was a pleasant surprise!

Thanks Allie Cooper! Now my husband has a truck he really likes and can't even fuss about the size of our camper. This young lady has us ready for our retirement travels. It was fast and has to be the first vehicle we enjoyed purchasing from start to end. If anyone is looking for a great salesperson and a nice dealership with a large inventory to choose from, give her a call.
