I can not say enough good things about this place, it's staff, and it's service center.. I have an old 2005 GMC that needed a transmission..So I decided to send it to Jason Pilger after checking with several places. While my truck was there, many other issues were found. But I drove the truck for another year b4 finally talking my husband into letting me get another truck..I walked in, told the guy that I needed a truck, everything I wanted in this truck, and said if u happened to have one with all that and it is white would just be great. Dude says I GOT YOUR TRUCK! And he did!! I did not even have to spend all day walking , looking and test driving..I went home with the truck he brought up to show me. That was Sept. 2024.. I have kept it serviced with them and they are like family now..!! Never had a minutes trouble out of the truck either..Mr. Jernigan has the patients of a Saint. NO Hassel buying experience. Great vehicle.!! Great people!!

I have bought several cars in my lifetime and this is the absolute best service I have ever received. They listened to what I could do and worked with me. No hassle.

I bought a truck that was “supposedly” completely serviced and was in “tip top shape” according to Ricky the service manager. This was untrue. No more than 600 miles later the brake pads wore into the rotors on 2 of the tires. I called and asked for them to help with the service and they said the only way they could do that was an in person visit. I live too far away to limp the truck back. Ultimately having to eat the cost of all of these items plus labor. All I can do is describe them as slimy. When I tried to call the person who sold me said vehicle (Corry) he ghosted me and never returned my call. This is not my first time dealing with Jason’s store and his antics and it will be the last time. I do not recommend these kind of people to be allowed to enter into your life. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
