I really liked my salesman. Zach did a terrific job and is highly recommended ! What I don’t like is the pressure for extras at time of signing. The entire “how do you like the payment” procedure and trying to sell the extra warranty and other cosmetic things while adding it to the payment without clear pricing information is not good business practice. I know most car lots do this, but I like a clear and clean cut approach to this. My last two purchases have been this way, and I just don’t appreciate it. Other than that the sales experience was fine.

I do not know yet it my problem is resolved! You haven’t been able to get my air conditioner fixed for going on 2 years! May 9, 2026 - My air conditioner is not fixed yet!! I had to run on LO today with the fan at high speed and it did cool partially for a 4 hour drive. It never got chilly, chilly like it should running on LO with the fan at high speed. I had been thinking this last week the cool temperature had been getting lower but I thought it was because of the warmer hot temperatures and I didn't drive for a long drive like I did today.

Super folks at this dealership. Jacob and Krissi were so helpful. We were traveling through and broke down. Had vehicle towed to them and they were able to work us in the very next day when we had been told by other dealerships in the area that we would be 2 to 3 weeks out. They even were kind enough to get us to our hotel for the night too. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. Thanks for your kindness and all you guys did to make a bad situation much better. I went in to jay Hatfield hoping to get a newer more reliable car not at all expecting to be able to purchase anything that I wanted. But I was impressed at the hard work from the staff to get me into something quickly and something that I wanted with Little hassle and a clear understanding of my options. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. And was able to provide excellent customer service.
