Bought a 2010 Impala with just over 80k miles on it, car looked graat on the lot drove fine had alittle hickup on test drive but salesman said it had been sitting awhile (red flag i know i shouldve walked). Took it to my mechanic after id bought it because i couldnt before purchase and found out it had a oil leaking from the intake, the oil pan and transmission pan are all leaking, along with a trans issue where 2nd gear stutters sometimes.... the hickup on the test drive.... Finial insult was having to put motor mount on it right after i bought it, the main one under the motor. Had to wait to get it into my mechanic again and couldnt believe how bad it was. This car should've went to auction not sold on a lot. They were friendly and i realize used vehicles are "As Is" sales just couldn't believe they sold one with so many issues. Update: 4/26 had the leather professional treated and apparently on drivers seat they used a cheap dye/ paint to cover up wear and it came off (picture doesnt do it justice)..... what kinda of cut rate crap..... just beyond sad for a dealer that say they value customer experience and quality.

Bought a vehicle and everyone was extremely nice. A few days later I had starter and battery issues, but they got me in immediately and made it right without any kind of hesitation! Had my car fixed in 2 hours. 10/10 recommend this dealership. Will be doing business with them again in the future.

Sales Associate Brandon Caster was top notch! Brandon was very knowledgeable, upfront, to the point and not in the least bit pushy trying to force a sale. The commercial financing that I regularly use is out of state, can be a thorn to deal with at times, but Brandon and the other staff handled it all for me and made it a super easy and pleasant buying experience with my new 2026 2500 AT4. I will for sure buy from them again as well tell all my friends and family. Thanks Brandon!
