I paid $104.63 for them to tell me something I already knew. I called about squeaky brakes and while I talked to the gentleman and he was amenable, friendly, courteous and every other kind superlative you could give, it still was a waste of +$100 and a few hours of communication and travel to/from the dealership - which they provided, free of charge. I was speaking to the rep and when I decided that I wasn't going to bring it in due to the expected cost of brake job, he said I could still bring it in just so they could look at it. This felt as though it was something they were going to do as a courtesy and as a sign of good faith to a potential new customer, but then when I turned down all offered services after my vehicle was in and diagnosed, they mentioned that they will need to bill me for the diagnostic services provided. This charge was originally supposed to be +$200, but they lowered it to $100 and then processing fees added another ~$5. Frustrating experience when zoomed out, and I don't feel like I was treated with complete honesty throughout the whole process, but there is no doubt that they were incredibly friendly and polite throughout the entire process. Net/net would not go back again.

Phil is fabulous and made us thoroughly enjoy the car buying experience. He is so friendly, kept us well informed where things were at along the way and presented options we would consider in a timely manner. Ended up with a Yukon that suited our family so well. We highly recommend Phil and Billion!
