JD Chrysler FIAT (JD Group)

We were welcomed in “English” thank god unfortunately we do NOT speak French. The receptionist in service was warm and proficient in English. We had emergency issues with Van on our trip from PEI to Ontario. This company got us looked after very quickly and professionally. Clean waiting area, manager gave us site seeing ideas while we waited. We can not thank you enough for your kindness efficiency service. Well done 10 star in my books!!!

On vacation in the area and had a dead battery. Within less than an hour the battery got replaced and we received great customer service. The owner introduced himself to us and reassured we were satisfied with the service we received. Then to lighten up the mood he talked to us about places to visit while we were in the area. He recommended great locations such as Le Massif ski area. Nevertheless, the visit was brief and enjoyable!!

If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Service was impeccable and quick. On vacation and we had a break down. Had us back on road in 1 hour. Thank you. Thank you.

Service is a bit slow, but at least the owner seems very nice. I keep getting phone calls from them even though I told them to stop calling but to be honest its been a while since I got one, and it doesn't happen that often. I even told them the change of address of my father, but they keep sending stuff to my mail anyways.

Our Jeep Liberty got damaged from a faulty manhole cover in Beaupre. Was towed by CAA/AAA to here. They promptly diagnosed and replaced transmission pan and other parts. They gave me a loaner car so I could continue enjoying the area while Jeep was getting repairs. Everyone there was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I don't speak French but they had several people there who helped me out. I am very appreciate of their excellent work, Jeep is holding up well and is being driven daily in USA. I highly recommend them!
