Buying a vehicle is usually one of those experiences I dread because car dealers can be so annoying. Buying a kei truck from Sam was the complete opposite. I've never bought a truck from someone, especially an older used imported truck, who was so forthcoming with information and so generous with his time. We originally just stopped in to look, but ended up buying that day because Sam had us drive every truck he had on the lot. He walked us through the good parts and the bad parts of each one, then put the truck we ended up buying on his lift so we could do a full underbody inspection. He pulled the wheels off to show us the brakes, opened the filter box to show us the filters, and generally went through everything in a way I absolutely was not expecting. My main hesitation with importing a kei truck myself was always all the unknowns in the process. You're basically committing to buy something based on low-quality photos from a Japanese auction and hoping for the best. Sam went over everything with a fine-toothed comb, which made the whole thing feel way less intimidating. What's funny is I had my eye on importing a Honda Acty, but that was actually the truck I liked the least once we drove them. The truck we ended up buying was not even on my list, but it was the one we liked the most. We originally planned to just stop in and take a quick look, not spend hours there and eventually leave with a Subaru Sambar of my own. I was not at all prepared for that level of service, and I'm so happy we discovered this place. I'll be sending everyone who asks about my silly little truck down to Sam's in Crossville!

Sam is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I watched all of the videos he posted while he was rebuilding my truck. If you need a new mini truck, go see Sam. He is the BEST! Not only does he deliver, but he answers the phone for follow up questions after the sale. I will definitely be back when he has something else that I need to buy.

Sam couldn't make my experience purchasing my new Honda Street any easier! He was incredibly helpful all the way through, assisting with any maintenance I was concerned about and anything else he noticed during the process.
