They sold me a lemon. They told me it was "sensitive" when there was a check engine light instead of just reassuring me they'd investigate and give me feedback. Don't sell a sensitive car in a region where it's -40, man. The answers you get at the service department are worthy of François Perrusse. The mechanics don't protect your seats; they stained mine, twice. They give you a courtesy call with zero gas in it—fun at $2 a liter. On the other hand, the salespeople are great, nothing bad to say about them. The parts guy is super nice. Keep it up, guys!

I can only give a perfect score to the entire team at Jean Dumas Mitsubishi in Jonquière. I was passing through the Jonquière area, and circumstances led me to need to change my vehicle. The very first dealership we visited was Mitsubishi in Jonquière. It was also the last. The experience exceeded all my expectations. I simply specified my requirements for my new vehicle, and I was immediately directed to the 2025 Outlander (SEL model). The test drive delighted us, and we knew we had found our new vehicle. However, upon our return, we were offered a demo model of the GT at a price we couldn't refuse. So, we drove away with it. I would say the whole experience, from beginning to end, was completed in less than two hours. Perfect.
