# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews with significant service and sales issues. While some customers praise individual salespeople like Jordan and Matt for their helpfulness, others report serious problems including overcharging for repairs, poor workmanship, unresponsive customer service, aggressive follow-up calls, and unresolved vehicle defects paired with unhelpful management.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but these guys absolutely earned this one-star rating. I brought my Jeep in back in January for a steering gearbox replacement and an alignment. They quoted me $350 for the job, but when I came to pick it up, I was hit with a $750 bill. When I pointed out the original $350 quote, they acted like it was no big deal. On top of that, the so-called “alignment” was ridiculous — the steering wheel sat crooked at the 9 o’clock position when the wheels were straight. To make matters worse, they originally told me I could pick up my car by 5:00 PM. I showed up at 4:30 only to find the entire building empty — not a single person was there. A couple months later, I took the Jeep to my trusted mechanic (which I should have done from the beginning). He discovered that they had stripped the threading in one of the bolt sockets for my front skid plate. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone. Don’t bother responding with your generic “please contact us to resolve the issue” message. Maybe fix the issues at your facility instead.

I inquired about a vehicle online and since then I’ve been receiving multiple phone calls every day (sometimes up to five). At this point it feels more like harassment than customer service. What’s most frustrating is that I responded to the email they sent, asking for more information, and no one ever replied. Instead of answering my questions, they continue calling repeatedly. To make matters worse, I even received a generic email about a completely different car, not the one I originally asked about. It seems like no one is actually taking the time to read inquiries or respond to customers properly. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The constant calls combined with the lack of an actual response to my email shows poor communication and poor customer service.

Great experience overall. Matt the salesperson was wonderful. Only disappointment was waiting 90 minutes to pick up the car when we had a 5pm appointment the next day. We were a little surprised our car wasn’t ready since we had this appointment.

Purchased a new 2025 holdover Ram 1500 on Feb. 6th 2026. On the drive home, the AEB light came on. When I got home, took some pictures to send to my son. Next day the light was coming on intermittently. Thought it was the road grime making a sensor dirty. Washed the truck, still coming on and off. Took the truck to the service department to have running boards and a bedliner installed. Asked the service department to look at the sensor. They called me the next day and said the grill is cracked that the truck struck something and wanted 2k to fix. The truck has 300 miles on it, and 150 of those miles are going back and forth to motorworld. Spoke to salesman Ryan Judge, and he was of absolutely no help. Very short and standoff ish, as well as his boss Ray Novak. This damage was on the truck before I bought it, unfortunately I trusted the people that are handling a major purchase that I was making and did not notice it. When the EDR data is pulled from the truck and the truth comes out, they will wish they were a little more professional. Do not deal with these people. Absolute snakes.
